INDUSTRIAL/ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

Trilogy Services consults with various organizations to provide an I/O psychology perspective on specific areas within the I/O psychology field. Most of our consultations focus in the areas of: occupational stress, job satisfaction, change-management, employee wellness programs, and executive coaching. We can direct organizations toward other I/O psychology consultants when services are desired in other areas of I/O psychology.

Occupational Stress Services

The staff at Trilogy work with both individuals and employers to address occupational stress and burnout issues. We focus on prevention of stress, in addition to treatment of stress. We consult with employers in creating “healthy” work environments. It is our belief that a healthy work environment helps prevent both psychological and physical health problems. We also believe that decreasing occupational stress helps with the employer’s bottom-line.

Executive Coaching Services

The staff at Trilogy are trained in both clinical and I/O psychology. We believe that both perspectives are important in providing quality executive coaching services, and that we are relatively unique in having backgrounds in both these areas of psychology. We focus on leadership skills, decision-making, and the balance of work and non-work life. Our goal is to develop executives that are optimally effective and emotionally content in both their professional life and personal life.

CLINICAL/HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY

Trilogy Services approaches its delivery of clinical services utilizing a cognitive-behavioral model of human behavior, combined with a health psychology approach to address the overall treatment of clients seeking help with mental health issues. We often work with a client’s medical providers to consult on medications and co-morbid conditions.

Geriatric Services

Persons over the age of 65 may experience unique mental health issues that require clinicians experienced with older adults. Trilogy staff have over 15 years experience working with older adults and their families. We visit clients in a variety of settings if unable to come to our office.

Emotional Disorders and Couples Counseling

Like many counseling/clinical services, we see a large number of clients with emotional issues (depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder). We also see couples for marital or other relationship issues.

Developmental Disability Services

The staff of Trilogy have over 20 years experience serving persons experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have participated with professional teams in two major institutions and in over 40 group homes. We will work with caregivers, as well as clients, in whatever setting is appropriate.

Occupational Stress Services

At Trilogy we work with both individuals and employers to address occupational stress and burnout issues. We focus on prevention of stress, in addition to treatment of stress. We consult with employers in creating “healthy” work settings. We believe that a healthy work environment helps prevent both psychological and physical health problems, and that decreasing occupational stress helps with the employer’s bottom-line.
